Dr. Magdalena Battles
Dr. Magdalena Battles has a PhD in psychology, a master’s degree in professional counseling, and a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology. Her post-graduate studies were completed at Harvard. She is a writer and conference speaker who specializes in parenting, child development, family relationships, depression, and anxiety. She and her family enjoy camping in their RV and have visited 49 of our 63 major US national parks and all the lower 48 US states. Magdalena is involved in her church and local community and has served as a bible study leader, book club leader, cheer coach, after school Christian program leader, moms of multiples club president, HOA board member, and member of her City’s parks and rec board. She and her husband reside in Texas where they are raising their three children, two Cavapoos dogs, and a handful of silkie chickens. She is a collector of hats and fascinators and loves all things fancy. As an avid reader she loves a variety of genres including memoires, historical fiction, and thriller/suspense.
